1. Are my payments secure?
All of our transactions are encrupted using industry standard equipment to ensure that

2. What are your normal business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM
3. What is your return policy?
No returns will be granted for a “FULL REFUND” because the item color does not
match the color on your PC monitor or because if differs by ¼ inch or less in any
dimension. A 30% re-stocking fee applies in such cases.
We must approve all returns before you can return the item(s). If you need to
return an item, contact us and include the reason that you wish to return the
item(s) , your phone number and a valid e-mail address. After approval, item(s)
must be returned to us in the original packaging.
If the merchandise has a manufacturer’s defect or is damaged during shipment to
your customer, a claim must be filed via e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the
item, and you will receive a reply within a business day. Otherwise, tecrystal will
either replace the item or items in question or a return will be authorized. In either
case, we will be responsible for associated shipping costs.
We reserve the right to charge a 30% re-stocking fee after an order has been
processed.
Once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order.

8. How long before my order will arrive?
Your order will be processed within 1 – 3 business days for in stock items. It can
take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse
before it gets to your home. We ask that you please allow a maximum of 14 days
for it to arrive.
9. What is your privacy policy?
The information you provide when you place an order is used to fulfill the order, to
help us improve the content of our site, and to contact you if we have a question
regarding your order. As a customer, we may occasionally send you e-mails about
promotions and special offers or notices of improvements to our website. You may
opt out of this list by e-mailing us at customerservice@tecrystal.com and requesting us to
remove your name. We do not currently share our customer list with any other
organization.
10. How do I order from tecyrstal?
Ordering from us is easy! Just browse our selection of 24% lead crystal figurines,
paperweights, or specially priced crystal items. When you find something you like,
click on the thumbnail picture of the item or the item’s title. You will e sent to a
page about that pacific product including all the sizes available plus you will see a
larger picture of the product. To place the item in your shopping cart, just click
“Add to Cart”. You will then be forwarded to your shopping cart where you will
have the option to Update, Delete, or Continue Shopping for more items. When
you are ready to order, just click the “Checkout” tab on the menu bar and you will
be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information. You may view the
contents of your basket any time by clicking on “Checkout” in the top navigation
bar
11. Will I receive an order confirmation?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order
information. This page will have all the information you need to inquire about your
order should you desire. You will have the option of requesting a tracking number
should you desire one. You may want to print this e-mail or save it for future
reference

Sorry, we ship only within the United States at this time.
13. What is the lead content of tecrystal’s cryatal?
All of our crystal products are handmade and consist of 24% lead crystal. The
presence of lead in crystal softens the glass and makes it more accessible for
cutting and engraving. Lead increases the weight of the glass and causes the glass
to diffract light. Lead crystal is made from a mixture of sand, potash (potassium
carbonate) and lead oxide. The components are heated to at least 2,400 degrees
Celsius until molten and red-orange in color. The temperature is then slowly
reduced to the “working” temperature. Glass can contain up to 40% lead, if
maximum hardness is desired. On the other hand, crystal can contain less than
24% lead if it has a high proportion of barium oxide, which ensures high quality
light diffraction.
The main difference between glass and crystal is the lead content. Glass is
composed of sodium and potassium. Crystal is also composed of sodium, but in
addition, it contains silicone, and has a lead content of 10 – 24%. The lead makes
the glass heavier and, most importantly, the lead changes the refraction index of
the item, which makes it appear brighter and cleaner. Because the refraction index
is higher and lead crystal is not as brittle as standard glass, it is possible to make
deeper and more complicated cuts in crystal.
To deserve the name “lead crystal” the glass must meet 3 criteria defined by
rigorous rates and percentages. Below these measures, one can only talk about
“crystal glass” or “crystalline”.

14. Do you charge sales tax?
Florida residents are charged a 7.5% sales tax rate charge on all purchases.
